Most kitchen remodels take 6–8 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. A refresh (countertops + cabinet fronts only) can take 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your quote — and we stick to it.
For full gut renovations, most clients prefer to stay with family or use a temporary kitchen setup. For partial remodels (cabinets, countertops), staying home is completely manageable. We protect all adjacent areas and clean up at the end of every work day.
Yes — fixed means fixed. If we find something unexpected during demo (like hidden water damage or outdated wiring), we document it, show you, and agree on how to handle it before any additional cost is incurred. We've never sent a surprise invoice.
